	Vic joins us as Customer Service Manager. His role at Tierra Madre is to coordinate all work orders, dispatch special service requests and attend property walk-thrus with owners and managers for both maintenance and installation projects. Hands-on manager providing solid training for employees. Manages Tierra Madre’s Safety Program. Outside sales and customer management experience.
