Shano brings to TIERRA MADRE years of experience and a “can do” attitude. He humbly began working with the maintenance crews mowing lawns and has risen to the position of Project Coordinator. In this role, Luciano coordinates material purchases, inventory control, proposal administration and field time reporting. His years of experience as a teacher have proven to be an asset in the area of training material preparation and documentation. Additionally, Luciano has assumed the role of “IT Guru” (which means he keeps Donna and Leesa out of trouble with their computers, laptops, cell phones, video recorders and cameras!).
