Tierra Madre is actually quite personal for Leesa. She has been a Euchre playing and life-celebrating pal of Don and Craig’s for 30 plus years.

Being the mother of a super sweet daughter (spoken like a true Mom), Kelly, age 24, and Aunt “Wheezy” to Johnston, Carson and Madison keeps Leesa in her favorite “the more the merrier” friends and family mode.

Comfort food, patio chats under twinkling lights and shin-digs (that would be parties for the post-seventies generation) for any and every occasion is how she likes to spend her down time.

Wait a minute…did we really just say down time?

Oh yeah…FYI…Leesa is a music snob. You will only find classic rock and blues in her CD rotation.



	As our Director of Maintenance Services, Leesa is Don’s right-hand person. She coordinates Human Resource issues, oversees our Safety Program and works to improve our scheduling and documentation processes. Leesa also composes bids for our Maintenance Division and serves as liaison for our commercial and HOA property managers. Over 20 years of management experience. Extensive Human Resources and employee administration background. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse work group. Established employee recognition and Quality Assurance programs. Training supervisor providing leadership, coaching and development for employees.
