As Vice President and General Manager, Leesa oversees the day-to-day business operations. She manages the scheduling and customer service aspects of Tierra Madre and is constantly raising the bar and striving to improve every aspect of our customers’ experiences. She keeps up with the ever-changing employment, safety, and licensing rules and regulations.

Tierra Madre is actually quite personal for Leesa. She has been a Euchre-playing and life-celebrating pal of Don’s for 35+ years.
Nobody makes beef tenderloin like Leesa and everyone covets her super-secret recipe for “The Dip” and it is a must-have at every gathering. Comfort food, patio chats under twinkling lights and shin-digs (that would be “parties” for the post-seventies generation) for any and every occasion is how she likes to spend her down time.
Wait a minute…did we really just say down time?
Oh yeah…FYI…Leesa is a music snob. You will only find classic rock and blues in her CD rotation. She is, however, open-minded about new artists like Joe Bonamassa.
