Francis Joseph Morahan, III “Fran” fills the role of Maintenance Supervisor for Tierra Madre Landscape Services. Fran brings with him over 16 years of landscape maintenance experience managing Master Community Associations throughout the valley of the sun. In addition to having received his applicator certification from OPM, Fran is a Certified Arborist and has obtained the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association Certification along with having previously been a Proctor for ALCA.
Throughout his years in the landscape maintenance arena, Fran has supervised crews of over 45 in the daily maintenance of both xeriscape and turf themed projects. Along with a high proficiency in tree and shrub trimming, he has expertise in maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of a wide variety of irrigation systems and components.
In addition to having been recognized as the “Foreman of the Year” throughout his career, his dedication and commitment to excellence have been recognized locally and nationally by industry organizations. Three of his local projects were award-winning properties through the Arizona Landscape Contractors' Association; additionally, the National ALCA organization (now known as PLANET) recognized one of the properties he managed as award-wining.

In his spare time Fran prefers some low-key down time hanging out with friends playing video games , fooseball and darts. Rather subdued pass-times for such a hardworking guy, huh? Fran also enjoys tinkering with cars and we've heard bantering between him and Chuck about going out to the racetrack and seeing who's faster.
