Co-founder of TIERRA MADRE Landscape Services, Inc., originally from Chicago, she has spent many years in the commercial construction and retail facilities management arenas. Her expertise lies in the management of multi-location facilities. Donna has been working daily to keep TIERRA MADRE moving forward with e-mail billing, web site based schedules and monthly reporting of landscape issues to HOA clients.

- Established and managed internal construction, pre-construction and facilities management division of local Fortune 500 retail company.
- Owned and operated consulting firm specializing in facilities and property management cost-reduction programs achieving over $2.5million in savings for Fortune 500 retail chain clients within first year of operation.
- Past member Board of Directors for Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM).
- As Commercial Project Manager, maintained excellent track record for successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget including city, county, state and federal projects.
- Completed Desert Landscaper School, a 9-month course through Desert Botanical Garden.
Let's Get Personal
Donna really does love her work – and Don too! They’ve been married almost 18 years and still enjoy spending time at the cabin up north together (we just HAD to repeat ourselves) playing Scrabble, watching movies and just hangin’ out.
She is Don’s designated sub when his friends can’t go to the ASU Basketball games. She enjoys ‘power’ hiking with her friends who can keep up! (Which ain’t many!) Yoga and meditation keep Donna somewhat relaxed (she’s a rather “high energy” person). Travel is one of her passions and she hopes to go back to India and Nepal on a regular basis. Her ultimate goal is to see a new country every year and take a one-on-one trip with each of her three granddaughters and two grandsons.
Donna is a self-proclaimed ‘tree hugger’ and queen of recycling, loves the Desert Botanical Garden, organic gourmet cooking and keeping up with the latest health and nutrition news.
