As Tierra Madre’s Director of Field Operations, Chuck brings over 27 years of landscape construction and maintenance experience to our team. In his role he oversees all scheduling, training, quality assurance and estimating. Chuck is a firm believer in “hands on” field management and developing a work environment based on teamwork and cross-training.

Having reached the rank of Eagle Scout in his younger years, Chuck brings more than just his technical expertise which consists of:
- Extensive landscape experience in the areas of:
- Residential
- HOA Community
- Resorts and Hotels
- ADOT Freeways
- Diverse background in irrigation installation and maintenance systems such as:
- Reclamation systems
- Tocor Systems
- Satellite Controllers
- Weather Stations
- Electrical training and experience including low voltage lighting system design, installation and maintenance
- Maintains clean CDL (Commercial Drivers License) record
- Licensed applicator through AZ Office of Pest Management
- Heavy equipment operator including backhoe, gannon, bobcat and trenchers.
Let's Get Personal
Born in Connecticut, Chuck relocated to Phoenix in July, 1971, (some say he’s weathered enough summers to be considered an “honorary native”). Chuck and Rita have been married for 23 years and have 5 kids and 5 grandkids. Chuck’s passion outside of work (after family and friends, of course) is Drag Racing. F&F Racing (stands for Family and Friends – see, told ya) is truly a family endeavor – his father still races and his mother did, too. His race car #P713 , a ’68 Fairlane, can often be spotted in first place at Speedworld Raceway Park He has far too many trophies to be kept in the house so his garage is filled to the rafters (well, maybe not THAT many but more than Rita would like in the living room). If he’s not on the track racing you may find him in the garage restoring old cars like a ’66 Mustang, ’68 Fairlane & ’56 Ford F-100 Pickup.
